The crop
Oilseed and other agricultural goods bought from growers and traders. Grade and moisture are checked on intake, before anything is priced or moved.
Processing
The press and the mill
Oil and animal fats come off one line. Prepared feed comes off the other, blended for the animals it is going to. Both are documented batch by batch.
Delivery
The buyer
Bulk or packed, handed over on the basis the contract sets. The people who quoted the deal are the people who see it out.
